Connect HeyReach to push enriched contacts into LinkedIn outreach campaigns — automatically from Signals, in bulk from the Contacts manager, or conditionally via AI Agent actions.

What this integration does

HeyReach is a LinkedIn outreach platform. The integration lets you enroll enriched contacts directly into HeyReach campaigns, where they can be reached via LinkedIn connection requests and messages.

Connecting HeyReach

  1. Go to Integrations in the left sidebar.

  2. Find HeyReach and click Configure.

  3. Enter your HeyReach API key.

  4. Click Save to connect.

Find your API key in your HeyReach account settings.

Pushing contacts from a Signal (automatic)

In the Signal Configure step, once contact enrichment is enabled, HeyReach becomes available on the Integrations step of the Signal wizard.

  1. In the Signal wizard, go to the Integrations step.

  2. Find HeyReach and enable it.

  3. Select the campaign to enroll contacts into.

  4. Save the Signal.

Every contact enriched by this Signal is automatically pushed to your HeyReach campaign on each run.

Pushing contacts from the Contacts manager (manual)

  1. Go to Contacts in the left sidebar.

  2. Select the contacts you want to push.

  3. Click Export → HeyReach.

  4. Select the campaign.

  5. Confirm the push.

Batch limit: 150 contacts per push. Use filters and push in segments if you need to send more.

Pushing contacts via AI Agent (conditional)

In the AI Agent Actions step, add a conditional action and choose Add to HeyReach Campaign. Select the campaign. The push fires only when the agent's output matches your condition — ensuring only AI-qualified contacts reach your LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

Requirements

Contacts must be enriched before they can be pushed to HeyReach. LinkedIn outreach campaigns typically work from LinkedIn profile data rather than email addresses — the enriched contact's LinkedIn URL is used for campaign enrollment.
