Connecting HubSpot and mapping data properties
Connecting HubSpot takes about two minutes via OAuth. Once connected, configure your data property mappings so enriched contact data lands in the right HubSpot properties when new contacts are created.

Connecting HubSpot
Go to Integrations in the left sidebar.
Find HubSpot and click Configure.
Click Connect to HubSpot.
You'll be redirected to HubSpot's OAuth authorisation screen.
Review the requested permissions and click Authorise.
You'll be redirected back automatically. The status shows Connected.
Once connected, the integration page shows three tabs: Authentication, Field Mapping, and Social Sync.
Field mapping
Field mapping controls which enriched contact data fields get written to which HubSpot contact properties when a new contact is created — either from Signal Sync or from a sync rule.
Go to the Field Mapping tab after connecting.
How it works
The left side shows enriched contact fields from the platform (65+ fields across personal, company, education, funding, and location data). The right side shows your HubSpot contact properties. You map them by selecting the matching HubSpot property for each field you want to sync.
Default mappings
The integration comes with sensible defaults already configured:
Available field groups
Expand each group to map additional fields:
Contact Details
Company Information
Company Funding & Growth
Location
Education
Personal Information
Employment Details
Social & Professional
Custom Properties (from AI Agents)
Saving your mapping
Click Save Configuration in the sticky footer when done. The mapping applies to all new contacts created via this integration going forward — existing HubSpot contacts are not retroactively updated.
Click Reset to Defaults to restore the original default mappings at any time.
What happens next
With HubSpot connected and field mapping configured, you're ready to set up each capability:
[Monitoring your contacts' social activity] — set up Engagement Sync
[Tracking job changes] — monitor contacts for role changes
[Capturing your audience into HubSpot] — set up Signal Sync
[Setting up LinkedIn matching and the Profile Finder] — required for Engagement Sync and Job Change Monitoring
💡 Tip: Configure field mapping before creating sync rules or enabling Signal Sync — the mapping applies at the point of contact creation. Fields not mapped when a contact is first created won't be written to HubSpot.
Disconnecting HubSpot
Go to the Authentication tab and click Disconnect Integration. This revokes OAuth access and clears stored credentials. Your existing HubSpot contacts and notes are not affected — only the active connection is removed.
