Add enriched contacts to list
Once contacts are enriched from a Signal, you can automatically add them to a named List. This keeps your contacts organised by source and makes it easy to act on them in bulk.

What this does
The Add to List block automatically adds every enriched contact generated by the Signal into a List of your choice. It appears on the right side of the Configure step and activates once any capture option — Authors, Reactions, or Comments — has Save Profile as Enriched Contact enabled.
New contacts are added to the list as they are enriched on each Signal run. You don't need to manually export or move them. Lists are useful for simple and fast filtering in the Contact manager.
How to enable it
In the Configure step, find the Add to List block on the right side.
Click Enable and configure.
Select an existing list from the dropdown, or create a new one.
Creating a new list
If you don't have a list set up yet, select Create New List from the dropdown and enter a name. The list is created immediately and set as the target for this Signal.
Which contacts get added?
The block shows data source badges indicating which enriched contact sources it applies to — Authors, Reactions, and/or Comments — based on which capture options you have enabled.
All enriched contacts from enabled sources are added to the same list. If you want Authors and Reactors in separate lists, you would need to configure that through a downstream integration or AI Agent workflow.
Viewing your list
Go to Lists in the left sidebar to see all your lists, the contacts in each one, and when the last contact was added. From a list, you can take bulk actions — push to CRM, enrol in a sequence, run an AI Agent, and more.
💡 Tip: A common setup is to create one list per Signal — for example, "Competitor Reactions — Acme Corp" — so you always know exactly where a contact came from and can act on each source separately.
Changing the list later
You can update which list a Signal adds to at any time by editing the Signal and returning to the Configure step. Contacts already added to the previous list are not moved — only new enrichments go to the updated list.
